Dallon Metais - Recycling of automotive and stationary batteries and Casting, refining of lead and its alloys

Founded in 1998 in the city of Jacarezinho - PR, Dallon Metais e Derivados Ltda incorporated the best global technologies and built a modern metallurgy sector. With an approximate area of 130,000 square meters and over 18,000 square meters of built area, it has a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year, which represents approximately 10 million automotive batteries.

Dallon Metais is part of the select group of companies that operate in the recycling business, focusing on sustainability, preservation of the environment and natural resources.

Dallon Plastics acquisition, in Rolândia, PR.

Dallon Metals achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Automation of the grinding sector at Dallon Metals.

Acquisition of a new Lead Metal furnace.

Dallon Plastics achieved ISO 9001 certification.

Dallon Plastics inaugurated its new factory, expanding its operations with new equipment, products, molds, and facilities.

Expanded into the lead import and export market.

2018

Inauguration of the new grinding sector for scrap batteries.

Plajax s acquisition, becoming the largest supplier of battery components in Brazil. Start of a new grinding sector for scrap batteries.

2022

Dallon Metals achieved IATF 16949 certification.

2023

Dallon Plastics achieved IATF 16949 certification. Acquisition of 6 new injection molding machines.
