Dallon Metais - Recycling of automotive and stationary batteries and Casting, refining of lead and its alloys

Founded in 1998 in the city of Jacarezinho - PR, Dallon Metais e Derivados Ltda incorporated the best global technologies and built a modern metallurgy sector. With an approximate area of 130,000 square meters and over 18,000 square meters of built area, it has a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year, which represents approximately 10 million automotive batteries.

Dallon Metais is part of the select group of companies that operate in the recycling business, focusing on sustainability, preservation of the environment and natural resources.

History of the Group

1998

Foundation of the metallurgical sector in Jacarezinho | PR.

2002

Start of the Refining and preparation system for lead alloys. Installation of another 2 10 ton Rotary Kilns. of load.

2004

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

2007

Dallon Plásticos began its activities in the city of Rolândia | PR, operating in the plastic injection market for battery components.

2009

Automation of the grinding sector at Dallon Metais and achievement of ISO 9001 certification for Dallon Plásticos, standardizing its processes and ensuring the quality of its products.

2010

Acquisition of the recycling process and lead alloys from Lead Metal (a company with headquarters in the USA and Mexico).

2014

Dallon Plásticos opened its new factory in the city of Rolândia/PR, expanding its operations, with high investments in equipment, new products, molds and facilities.

2017

We entered the lead import and export market.

2018

Opening of the new waste battery grinding sector at Dallon Metais.

2019

Acquisition of Plajax, becoming the largest supplier of battery components in Brazil and beginning of a new sector of grinding waste batteries (doubling capacity).

2022

Dallon Metais received IATF 16949 certification. Start of the D8 line project of products with technological innovation to enhance performance at Dallon Plásticos. Dallon Metais stands out as the main independent company in the metallurgy sector focused on lead recycling in South America. At the same time, Dallon Plásticos takes the lead in Latin America as the main manufacturer and supplier of plastic components and metal inserts intended to the automotive battery sector.
